I like being in shape.

I've been skinny, I've been muscley, and I've been smooshy. When I can devote the time and energy to it, I prefer to be fit. When time permits, I'll start using this space to chronicle a work-out program that, a few years ago, took me from benching 125 lbs. to 340 lbs. in about 6 months. As I sit here (10/22/2014) I can bench 215 lbs. with very little warmup. With a 6'2" frame, that's not a whole lot, and I prefer to be benching 300, minimum.
